Information has been posted for the Elks National Convention to
be held in Austin, Texas - Jun 30th through July 6th. The
New England delegation to the Elks National Convention 2012 has been
assigned to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
The New England Elks Tour has reserved
rooms at the Hyatt Regency Austin for this event. These rooms will
be assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis. I urge you to
get your reservations in as early as possible, but no later than
March 31, 2012. Elections are coming up, and some
Lodges may not know who their Exalted Ruler will be. In that
case, please send in the deposit in the name of the Lodge, clearly
marking that it is for the Exalted Ruler Elect and then send the
appropriate name and information required as soon as it is
available. This will ensure that your Lodge gets a room at the
New England Hotel.
Please take the time to neatly fill out the
application, and clearly state your Lodge name and number, and your
title. All of the information on the application is important,
so please fill in all of the blanks.

Minimum Order is 10 pins orders in
mulitple of 5 Orders will be delivered at the April Clinics,
State Convention or by special arrangement Pins will
not be mailed nor be delivered in Austin
