20TH ANNUAL SOUTHINGTON
ELKS ART & CRAFT FAIR
The members of Southington Elks Lodge, BPOE #1669 invite you to participate in
the annual Southington Elks Oktoberfest Art & Craft Fair. This fair will be held
both inside and outside of the Elks Lodge located at
Date & Time: First Weekend: Saturday, September 29, 2012– 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 30, 2012– 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Second Weekend: Saturday, October 6, 2012 – 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday,
October 7, 2012 – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Eligibility:
All works must be that of the exhibitor
and attended by the exhibitor. Kits
or imports are not allowed.
Exhibitors not complying will be asked to leave the fair with no refund of entry
fee.
Juried:
Please submit a minimum of three photos of your work.
If you would like your photos returned prior to the show, enclose a
self-addressed stamped envelope.
Fees:
Non-refundable fee of $110.00 for first weekend and $150.00 for second
weekend, and $240.00 for both if paid application
is received by July 15, 2012. Applications
received after July 15, 2012 rates will be $120.00 for the first weekend, and
$160.00 for the second weekend, $260.00 if you take both weekends.
Space Size: Indoors spaces are
8ft by 8ft., outside spaces are 10ft by
10ft
Pets:
We are asking crafters not to bring their pets
Extras:
Electricity: $10.00 per
weekend – crafter supplies cord
Tables:
$10.00 each per weekend-include in application
Security: The “Elks Hall” will be
locked at the end of the day.
Security for outside spaces is the responsibility of the exhibitors.
Publicity:
Advertising will be done to promote this show.
