Elroy the Elk walks with children during safety day promoting his message to
"Say NO to Drugs".  He was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults.

Winsted Lodge Officers work with local kids individually fitting 100 bicycle
helmets as part of their safe kids program (partnership with the Connecticut
Children's Medical Center).  Pictured is Clare Kampartes, Exalted Ruler:
