The purpose of this site it to be a source of news and information to, and from the Connecticut Elks Association, the State and Grand Lodge Committees, the Grand Lodge and the 35 Connecticut Lodges of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, for our members and the general public.

| Click Here to Download the 2006 Website Report (to be) Presented at the Annual Convention |

  • If you have not visited our Grand Lodge ("National Chapter") website, please feel free to do so at www.Elks.org.  Please consider this site as an alternative means through which to gain information, the Grand Lodge does in fact have the official voice of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
  • If you have visited your Lodge page and it is not up to date, please help contribute and send in the pertinent information to Comments

Here's a link to a form for sending in your officer info... click on the link below which should open an Excel spreadsheet into which you can enter your officers' names.  Save it to your own hard drive and then forward it to the email address below & I'll add it to your page.  It's that simple!!

Click here to download an Excel File for updating officers

Check out some other lodge pages for ideas of what can be added to make your page a better source of information.  Some items which have been added are ER pictures, Officers' group pictures, ads for upcoming events, pictures from past events, Lodge newsletters and hall catering information / menus / prices, etc. in Adobe Acrobat format, Press Releases, etc.  Remember, the more information that's provided will result in more people utilizing this service and just maybe more members will get involved or nonmembers will learn about the fun and charitable things we do and pursue membership.

  • If your Lodge should happen to have its own website and would like it linked to this site, please send that information.
  • If your Lodge has a "Virtual Home Page" on the National Elks website, that link can also be added to your Lodge page. Thus, you do not have to submit new information to two separate locations!
  • Our hosting service provides free email forwarding. If you are an officer or a committee-person, let us know if you are interested in this service.  You will have an "Official" CTElks.org email link between this site and indirectly to your personal email and will keep your home or business address private.  Thus, anyone visiting your lodge page could then click on your name which would start their email editor, they would type in their message and when "Send" was hit, the email would go to our server and be automatically redirected to your own email box.  Your CTElks.org address can be given out for all Elks-related business, placed on your Elks business cards, etc...

Please note that because our website receives quite a few "hits" that "spam robots" have noticed and you may receive unsolicited emails from various retailers.

Once again, thank you for visiting and please send us any comments or suggestions!
