Attention Exalted Rulers!
Listed below are important dates to remember as your year
comes to a close and a new leader prepares to take over. It is
important to submit the information or brochures on or before the dates
required.
Please review with your Youth Activities chairperson.
I’m sure you have had a successful year with youth programs in your lodge.
Now let’s show what your lodge has done.

DATES & CONTESTS
MARCH 23, 2007 – Subordinate Lodge Best
Youth Program.
Submit to Youth Activities State Chairman
MAY 1, 2007 – Charity Records Book.
Forward a copy of Page 2 sides 1 and 2 to
Youth Activities State Chairman.
MAY 1, 2007 to MAY 7, 2007 – Elks Youth
Week.
Plans should be underway to hold youth
recognition programs in your lodge. Scholarships, Sports, Academics,
Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.

Curran will be Scouting Coordinator for the Boy Scouts and Girl
Scouts. He will assist Lodges that wish to promote or sponsor
either program. This includes the Scouting Organizations
in the Lodges, as well as Flag, Veterans, and Scouting Award
